Lab-quality health analysis on your phone with Clip

The Clip hardware and software leverage patented innovations in nanotechnology, materials chemistry, and signal processing to enable high-accuracy, cost-effective diagnostics.

Glow-in-the-dark nanomaterials

Our core innovation is a new type of nanoparticle that is very sensitively detectable using a smartphone's built-in camera and flash in combination with our proprietary hardware and software.

High-sensitivity immunoassays

Our glow-in-the-dark nanomaterials, when used as lateral flow reporters, enable 100- to 1,000-fold lower limits of detection compared to traditional assays. We can detect bacteria at concentrations of 100 to 1,000 cells per mL and molecular targets at low femtomolar levels.
